Very rarely has a film sparked off as much pre-release controversy as 'Fitna, the movie', by Dutch MP Geert Wilders. Even before anyone has seen it, 'Fitna' has the world asking questions. Questions about the man who made it and his motives. Questions about the country he lives in, and its government - which issues warnings about the film but does nothing to stop it. And questions about the position of Muslims in The Netherlands. The central character in this film is also struggling with these questions, and decides to travel to The Netherlands in search of answers. |

من النادر أن يثير فيلم ما قبل عرضه اهتماماً وتساؤلات كالتي أثارها فيلم "فتنة" الذي أنتجه النائب الهولندي خيرت فيلدرز. بغض النظر عن مضمونه، فإن فيلم "فتنة" أثار أسئلة كثيرة في أنحاء مختلفة من العالم. أسئلة حول مـُنتج الفيلم، وحول دوافعه، حول البلاد التي يعيش فيها، والتي تسمح بأمور كهذه، حول حكومة البلاد التي تـُحـذّر ولا تتدخل، وأسئلة حول أوضاع المسلمين في هولندا. ربما يستحق الأمر السفر إلى هولندا بحثاً عن أجوبة محتملة لتلك الأسئلة الكثيرة، وهذا ما يصوره فيلم "حول فيلم فتنة". |

Jarang terjadi, film belum ditayangkan sudah menggemparkan. Itulah "Fitna, the movie", karya anggota parlemen Belanda Geert Wilders. Terlepas dari isinya "Fitna" menimbulkan sejumlah pertanyaan di seluruh penjuru dunia. Siapa pembuatnya? Apa tujuannya? Seperti apa negara tempat tinggalnya di mana semua ini bisa terjadi? Pemerintah negeri itu memperingatkan, tapi tidak turun tangan? Lalu bagaimana posisi umat Islam di Belanda? Tokoh utama film ini juga bergulat dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan serupa. Ia datang ke Belanda mencari jawabannya. |
